The Cleaners tab on the Cleaning Overview screen allows you to monitor the activities of your cleaners on a day-by-day and location-by-location basis. This feature provides detailed insights into their cleaning activities, helping you ensure that all areas are properly maintained. Below are the key use cases and how to navigate this tab effectively.
Viewing and Filtering Cleaning Activities
You can adjust the time to display a specific week of interest. For example, you can view the cleaning activities of a cleaner, such as Isabella, from May 27th to 31st. This allows you to monitor their performance over a set period.
Additionally, you can filter the displayed cleaning activities by:
• Specific shifts
• Specific floors
• Specific types of activities (e.g., refill responses, confirmed visits, unscheduled visits)
This helps you narrow down the data to focus on particular aspects of the cleaner’s performance.
Cleaning Details by Location
The Cleaning Details-by-Location section lists dates and locations sorted by floors. Hovering over a date shows:
• First ping (the first time the cleaner was detected)
• Last ping (the last time the cleaner was detected)
• Whether the shift was performed on time
This provides a quick overview of the cleaner’s presence and timeliness.
Detailed View of Specific Floors and Events
You can collapse or uncollapse sections to see detailed information for specific floors, such as the lobby. This includes:
• Areas within the floor
• When the cleaner was last seen in each area
• Unconfirmed visits (if the cleaner was supposed to be seen but wasn’t)
• Unscheduled visits (if the cleaner was seen but was not supposed to be)
Clicking on a specific cell, such as the east side parking on May 27th, provides details about that event, including:
• The last time the area was cleaned or the cleaner was seen
• Total visit time
• Shift details
Additionally, you have the option to view the time log for that cleaner, allowing you to see their activities in detail for that day.
