The Cleaners tab in the Cleaning Overview section is designed to provide an overview of how your cleaners are performing against specific metrics. This allows you to monitor, evaluate, and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your cleaning staff.

Key Features

Time Frame Filtering: Select any time frame using the calendar selector to view performance metrics.

Cleaner and Floor Filtering: Show or hide certain cleaners and floors to customize the displayed metrics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Detailed metrics for each cleaner, including schedule compliance rate, total working time, average visit time, and visits to unscheduled areas.

Detailed Metrics Explanation

1. Schedule Compliance Rate:

Definition: The percentage of shifts that the cleaner completes on time during the selected time period.

Calculation: Determined by the shift duration. For example, if a shift is 5 hours, it measures how many times the cleaner actually worked 5 hours during the specified period.

Modification: Adjust the compliance buffer in Settings > Organization. The default buffer is 15 minutes, meaning a cleaner is compliant if they work within 15 minutes of the scheduled shift duration.

2. Average Working Time:

Definition: The average amount of time a cleaner works per day.

Calculation: Based on the first and last visit of the day in the time log compared to the expected shift hours. For example, if a shift is 5 hours and the cleaner works 4.5 hours on average, this metric will reflect that.

3. Average Visit Time:

Definition: The average time a cleaner spends in scheduled areas.

Calculation: Measures the duration of visits to areas they are supposed to clean.

4. Average Unscheduled Time:

Definition: The average time a cleaner spends in unscheduled areas.

Calculation: Measures the duration of visits to areas not scheduled for cleaning.

5. Unscheduled Location Count:

Definition: The count of areas visited by the cleaner that are not part of their scheduled tasks.

Modification: Define the scope of work in Settings. This determines whether a cleaner is supposed to be in a particular area during their shift.
