Easily view and share the last time each location was cleaned

Updated over a week ago

Summary:

The Verification Report page allows managers and supervisors to review, manage, and share that status of a building's cleaning operations. You can access the page by selecting "Verification Report" on the left hand sidebar.

Key Features:

Building and Date Selection

Users can review their cleaning operations by choosing a specific building and selecting a date on the top right of the page. These filters will update the rest of the page, showing you exactly the last time each location was cleaned, or was scheduled to be cleaned.

Export Functionality

By clicking on the "Download" button in the top right corner of the page, users can select specific parameters and export the Verification Report page as a PDF, making it easily sharable to stakeholders. By default, any filters made for areas, statuses, and cleaners on the Verification Page will be appear in export pop-up.

Shift Overview

The report categorizes shifts into those needing review, completed, and upcoming.

  • Shifts Needing Review: One or more scheduled tasks did not record a beacon visit in a location, and requires a supervisor to review and manually record a visit, as needed.

  • Shifts Completed: All scheduled tasks recorded a beacon visit in each location.

  • Shifts Upcoming: Shifts that have not started yet, but will start within the next 24 hours.

Clicking on each category provides direct access to the staffing page for a more in-depth view.

Building-Level Overview

Selecting a building and date in the top right shows an overview at the building level. Explore details such as the last cleaner, last scheduled shift, last cleaned, and the current status of each task. Clicking on a status will direct the user to the shift overview, accessible in the staffing page.

Filtering the Verification Report

There are three main filters that you can use on the verification report:

  • Base Station Zone: Set up in settings, you can select which areas to display in the table.

  • Status: These are the shift status' that cleaners can have:

    • Visit Confirmed: Mero has verified that the task has been completed through Mero Beacon or was manually confirmed by the user

    • Not Visited: No Beacon was detected by Mero and the area was marked as not cleaned by the supervisor

    • Unconfirmed: The beacon was not detected in the location so Mero cannot automatically verify the location was cleaned. The supervisor should mark the location as cleaned/not cleaned after consulting the cleaner.

    • Pending: The task was not yet completed, can be because the cleaner is still on shift.

    • Manually Confirmed: The beacon was not detected in the location so Mero cannot automatically verify the location was cleaned. The supervisor has confirmed with the cleaner or has confirmed themselves that the task was complete and marked it as cleaned.

  • Cleaner: By default, all cleaners are included. In the case you have managers who are set up with beacons but sometimes do not perform visits, you can easily filter those managers out, such that the table will show more "Visit Confirmed"
