What is Location Monitor?
Location Monitor gives you a complete view of every area you're responsible for cleaning. You can quickly see which locations are done, which still need attention, and how much time has been spent at each spot. It updates automatically every 30 seconds, so you always have the latest information.
How to Access Location Monitor
Log into Mero Control Center
Click on Cleaning Performance in the left menu

Understanding Visit Requirements
Some locations need to be cleaned multiple times per day. Here's what the numbers mean:
Display | What It Means |
1 of 3 required | This spot needs 3 visits today, and 1 is done |
0/1 required | This spot needs 1 visit and hasn't been cleaned yet |
3/3 required | All required visits are complete |
The Progress Bar
The colored bar under "Today's Activity" shows your progress:
Green fill – Completed visits
Empty space – Visits still needed
Understanding Time Displays
In the location detail, you'll see:
Total time today – How many minutes have been spent at this location (example: "134 min total today")
Required time – How long each visit should be (example: "— / 2h 5m" means no time logged yet out of 2 hours 5 minutes required)
Team Tasks
Some locations may show a TEAM badge. This means:
The location is assigned to a team rather than one cleaner
Any team member can complete the required visits
The floor area is listed next to the badge (example: "Office Space", "Ground Level")
Tips for Cleaners
Check Location Monitor at the start of your shift to see which areas need cleaning
Use the "Not Visited" tab to quickly find locations that still need attention
Your name appears in visit history – This helps supervisors see who cleaned where
Stay in the location for at least a minute so the sensor can register your visit
If you cleaned an area but it doesn't show, the basestation sensor might be offline – let your supervisor know
Tips for Supervisors
Check the Issues tab to see locations with problems (offline sensors, missed cleans)
Use the Swap button to replace a basestation that isn't working
Click on a cleaner's name in the visit history to see their full shift details
Review "Not Visited" locations near the end of shifts to ensure coverage
Common Questions
Why doesn't my visit show up? The system needs a moment to register your visit. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, the basestation sensor might be offline. Let your supervisor know.
What if I can't complete all required visits? Do your best to prioritize high-traffic areas. Your supervisor can see the visit counts and will work with you on any concerns.
Why is the basestation showing "Offline"? This means the sensor at that location isn't communicating with the system. Report this to your supervisor so it can be fixed.
What does the orange warning triangle mean? This location needs attention – either it hasn't been visited yet today, or there's an issue with the sensor.
