What is MeroScore?
MeroScore is your cleaning program's health score—a single number from 0-100 that tells you how well your operation is performing across what matters most. Think of it like a credit score for your cleaning program: one number that instantly shows whether you're on track or need attention.
How It Works
MeroScore analyzes your cleaning data across five critical pillars:
Scope-of-Work Compliance (Weight: 5) - Are you completing scheduled tasks on time and as planned?
Traffic Responsiveness (Weight: 2) - Are you cleaning based on actual usage patterns?
Work Order Performance (Weight: 4) - How quickly and effectively are you resolving maintenance issues?
Consumables Management (Weight: 1) - Are restrooms being restocked promptly?
Platform Usage (Weight: 0.5) - Is your Mero system properly configured and active?
Each pillar is scored daily based on key performance indicators (KPIs), then weighted and combined into your overall MeroScore. The score updates automatically every day, giving you a real-time pulse on your operation.
