Smart Filtering for Live Clean Displays + A Fresh New Look Across Your Platform
We're bringing you smarter control over what your tenants see on Live Clean displays, plus a comprehensive design refresh that makes your entire Mero Control Center cleaner, more intuitive, and easier to navigate.
These updates are now live in your Mero Control Center.
Control What Appears on Your Live Clean Displays
We heard from customers that Live Clean displays sometimes showed too much information—like quick check-ins that weren't meaningful cleaning sessions. This led to confusing visit counts (12-15 visits displayed when only 2-3 full cleanings actually occurred).
We've solved this with building-level visit filtering.
Two Simple Options
All visits (Default) - Shows every cleaning log entry for complete transparency
Team tasks only - Shows only structured team tasks, filtering out quick check-ins
Where to find it: Settings > Buildings tab > Live Clean Settings section
Why This Matters
Property managers display only meaningful, scheduled cleanings
Janitorial teams can prevent internal check-ins from appearing on public displays
Everyone gets more credible displays that build tenant confidence
The setting applies to all displays within that building and takes effect immediately.

New Organization Settings for Visit Accuracy
Three new settings give you more control over how visits are tracked:
1. Enable Persistent Visits Bridges short signal gaps (2-15 minutes) to prevent single cleaning sessions from being split into multiple visits.
