  • Real-time restroom status displays: Launch public-facing displays that show tenants when restrooms were last cleaned, recent cleaning history, and visitor counts since the last service

  • Easy QR code deployment: Generate branded QR codes that tenants can scan with their phones to instantly see cleaning status - perfect for posting near restroom entrances

  • Smart automatic logo integration: Just enter your organization's name and we'll automatically fetch your logo for a professional, branded experience

  • Flexible display configuration: Set up displays for individual restrooms or create consolidated views that show multiple washroom areas on a single screen

  • Customizable thresholds: Set your own cleaning frequency standards (default: every hour or 50 visitors) to match your facility's specific needs

  • Cross-location visibility: Allow displays to show status across floors - for example, 3rd floor users can see 4th floor restroom availability

Advanced Analytics Enhancement

  • Transient Visit Tracking (Advanced Users): Now captures and displays very short visits (under 1 minute) that were previously hidden from reports. Helps explain gaps in time tracking by showing when cleaners briefly entered areas between their main cleaning tasks. Useful for getting a complete picture of where time is spent during shifts. Includes optional filtering and admin controls to enable/disable the feature.

Mobile Experience & Navigation Improvements

  • Better filter controls: Fixed building and organization dropdowns that were getting cut off on mobile devices, making it easier to filter your data

  • Improved Settings navigation: Building filters now work properly on mobile - you can select and unselect options without issues

  • Consistent mobile interface: Standardized text sizes and layouts across all mobile Settings pages for a cleaner, more professional look

  • Smoother workflow navigation: Fixed back button behavior when jumping between Calendar View and shift details

Enhanced Analytics & Reporting

  • Sticky location columns in Core Analytics: Building and location information now stays visible when scrolling through date ranges, so you never lose track of which area you're analyzing

  • Persistent work order filters: Status filters on your Home page now stay set when switching between tabs, maintaining your preferred view

  • Smarter metric selection: Analytics automatically switches to appropriate metrics when changing grouping options, preventing invalid combinations

Better User Experience

  • Encouraging empty state messages: Instead of confusing "No Data" messages, you'll now see friendly updates like "You're all caught up! No active alerts or work orders right now"

  • Improved QC app functionality: Enhanced reporting and template features with better timezone handling and more reliable PDF generation
