The Quality Control feature allows you to perform structured inspections of your facilities to ensure standards are being met. You can use predefined forms to score cleanliness, report issues, and document your findings with photos and notes.
Note: This is an opt-in beta feature and must be enabled for your organization. It will be replaced by our upcoming native Quality Control application for iOS and Android. If you do not see the Quality Control option in your menu, please contact your Mero representative.
1. How to Start a New Quality Control Inspection
Select Quality Control from the main navigation menu on the left.
Click the Start New Quality Control button on the top right-hand side of the page.
A selection panel will appear. You will need to specify:
The Building, Floor, and Area you wish to inspect.
The specific inspection Form you want to use for that area.
Click Start to begin the inspection.
2. Completing an Inspection Form
Once you start the inspection, you will be guided through the line items you created for that form.
Go through each prompt, providing a score or response (e.g., selecting "Clean" or "Not Clean").
You can add specific text notes to any line item for more context.
You can also attach pictures to visually document an issue or confirm a completed task.
Once you have completed all the items on the form, submit it to save the record.
3. Viewing Completed Forms
The main Quality Control dashboard serves as your archive for all past inspections. From this screen, you can see a list of all completed forms, allowing you to review historical data, track trends, and monitor quality over time.
