Summary:
The Verification Report page allows managers and supervisors to review, manage, and share that status of a building's cleaning operations. You can access the page by selecting "Verification Report" on the left hand sidebar.
Users can review their cleaning operations by choosing a specific building and selecting a date on the top right of the page. These filters will update the rest of the page, showing you exactly the last time each location was cleaned, or was scheduled to be cleaned.
The Verification Report within the Mero Control Center has undergone significant enhancements to provide users with a more detailed and informative overview of cleaning operations. Below are the key features of the updated Verification Report.
Key Features:
Average Visit Time: This metric displays the average amount of time the cleaner has visited a specific area over a certain day.
Total Visit Time: Users can now view the total amount of time the cleaner has spent visiting locations during the day.
Expected Time: This feature indicates the expected time that the cleaner should spend visiting based on the scope of work defined for that area.
Number of Cleaner Visits: Users can track the number of visits made by the cleaner to specific locations.
Consumable Status: The consumable status indicates whether items in a specific area need to be refilled. "Normal" signifies that no refills are required, while "Refill Needed" alerts users to items that need attention.
Additional Functionalities
- Users can navigate between different days to check the consumable status for each day.
- The report allows users to show or hide specific areas, filter consumables that need a refill, view normal consumables, or identify areas with no consumables.
- It is possible to filter the report by cleaner, enabling users to focus on the areas cleaned by a specific individual.
Export Functionality
The report can be downloaded as a PDF for easy reference and sharing.
By clicking on the "Download" button in the top right corner of the page, users can select specific parameters and export the Verification Report page as a PDF, making it easily shareable to stakeholders. By default, any filters made for areas, consumable statuses, and cleaners on the Verification Page will appear in export pop-up.
**Note for Newer Users:**
Newer users do not have the ability to change filters at the top of the report. However, they can still select the building and time parameters for viewing the data.
