Troubleshooting Guide for Offline Base Station

If you are experiencing issues with your base station going offline, follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Go to Settings on your device and navigate to Devices. It is located on the bottom left of your screen.

2. Identify the Basestation that is showing as offline.

3. Physically go to the location of the base station.

4. Unplug the Basestation from the wall outlet and wait for 10 seconds.

5. Plug the base station back in and check if it comes back online.

6. If the base station shows as online and the last seen location is more recent, the issue has been resolved.

How to Replace a Base Station

If unplugging and plugging back in the base station does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace the base station. Follow these steps to replace the base station:

1. Go to Settings on your device and navigate to Devices.

2. Identify the base station that is showing as offline.

3. Physically go to the location of the base station.

4. Click on the three dots on the base station and then click on the pen icon.

5. Use your smartphone camera to scan the QR code on the base station.

6. Hit the save button to complete the replacement process.

7. After replacing the base station, it should come back online and show a recent last seen location.

Once you have followed these steps, your base station should be functioning properly. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to customer support for further assistance.
