How to change your password or other account details

Changing your Password

If you need to change your password or you have forgotten the password to your Mero account, you can set a new password from the Mero Login screen.

  • On the Mero account login screen, click Forgot password?

  • Provide your email address and click the continue button to submit. You will receive an email that provides further instructions on resetting your password.

  • If your request was successfully received you'll be prompted to check your email to create a new password.

If you do not receive a password reset email after completing the above, please contact support.

  • Open the password reset email. You'll be asked to set a new password, hit the Reset password button when complete.

  • You'll now be able to login with your new username and password at app.mero.co

Changing your Username/Email

Changing your Username and/or Email address is currently not supported within the web interface. To process a username/email change, please contact [email protected].

Changing your Profile Picture

In the top right corner of your screen, click on your icon, then User Profile.

In the User Profile page, you can select a new photo, and can confirm the change by clicking on "Save" at the bottom.
