Understanding the Building Table
The building table contains information on building occupancy as well as how your cleaners are performing.
The building as well as time period displayed can be modified using the filters at the top of the building report.
The first row labeled “All Floors” is an aggregate of all floors in the selected building. Metrics such as Confirmed Visits and Complaints are taken as an average of all floors in the area.Below is a breakdown of the columns available in the building report. You can see all the columns available by clicking on "Edit Columns".
You can select which columns you would like displayed, as well as customize the order by dragging columns around. Any columns you do not have access to (for example, if you do not have any occupancy sensors, you will not be able to see the total number of people), it will be greyed out.

Viewing Heatmaps and Trends
Using the Occupancy Heatmap
The occupancy heatmap located on the top of the building report allows users to see occupancy trends in their building averaged by time
This means that the “3PM” square would be an average of the occupancy from the hours of 3PM and 4PM in that building’s timezone.
To see occupancy trends over a certain period of time or building, managers can adjust the graph using the filters on the top of the page
Hovering over any square will display the average count as well
Darker squares mean that more people have been in that area while lighter squares mean fewer people have been in that area
Tip: If no data appears for a certain floor, it could mean that traffic data is not available for that location. Reach out to your account manager for more information.
