Automate and customize report delivery with scheduling options for buildings, dates, and recipients.

The Schedule Email Report feature allows you to automate the delivery of cleaning activity reports, making it easier to stay informed and manage your cleaning operations. Here's how you can set it up:

Click on the email icon at the top right hand corner to launch the Schedule Email Repot view.

1. Choose Your Report Details

You can customize the report by selecting the following:

  • Building: Select the building for which you want the report.

  • Report Type: Choose the specific type of cleaning activity report you need.

  • Report Format: Reports will be delivered in CSV format

  • Date Range: Set the time frame for the report (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Cleaners: Choose the specific cleaner(s) you want to include in the report.

2. Set the Schedule

Decide when the report should be sent:

  • Time & Date: Pick the exact time and date for the report to be delivered.

3. Specify the Recipient

Enter the email address where the report will be sent. You can add multiple recipients if needed.


4. Manage Past Reports

Once scheduled, you can:

  • View Past Reports: Access any previously generated reports.

  • Modify Reports: Adjust the settings or date range of upcoming reports.

  • Delete Reports: Remove reports that are no longer needed.
