How to manage your Mero subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods through the Stripe customer portal.

Mero uses Stripe to provide a secure and easy-to-use portal for managing all aspects of your account's billing.

How to Access the Billing Portal

Any user with Admin permissions can access the billing portal.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the bottom-left menu.

  2. Select the Organization tab.

  3. Click on Billing.

This will take you directly to your secure Stripe customer portal.

What to Expect in the Portal

Your experience will be tailored to your account's status:

  • Existing Customers: You will be able to manage your payment methods, view and download past invoices, and see your current subscription details.

  • Overdue Accounts: If your account has an overdue balance, you will see a notification in the Mero Control Center and be directed to the Stripe portal to resolve the outstanding payment.

In the portal, you can perform tasks such as:

  • Update your credit card information.

  • Switch between credit card and invoicing payment methods.

  • Download all past invoices for your records.

  • View your current plan and billing cycle.
