Welcome to the team! Your organization has created a Mero account for you. Follow these simple steps to get logged in and start exploring.
How to Activate Your Account
Check Your Email: Look for an invitation email from Mero in your inbox. The subject line will be: "Welcome to the Mero Control Center! Set Up Your Account." If you can't find it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Accept the Invitation: Open the email and click on the "Join" link to go to the Mero account setup page.
Create Your Password: On the setup page, you will be prompted to create a secure password for your account. Enter your desired password and confirm it.
Log In: Once your password is set, you will be automatically logged into the Mero Control Center.
You're all set! You can now access the Mero platform. For all future visits, simply go to https://app.mero.co and sign in with your email and the password you just created.
Troubleshooting
I can't find the invitation email: If you've checked your spam folder and still can't find the invitation, please contact your manager or a Mero administrator within your organization. They can resend the invitation to you.
My account status is "Pending": The "Pending" status means the account has been created, but the invitation hasn't been accepted yet. Follow the steps above to find your invitation email and activate your account. If the invitation has expired, ask your administrator to resend it.
